Content generated by our AI tools is for visual inspiration only. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated concepts before booking real items. We do not guarantee that AI-generated visuals will 100% match physical inventory in every detail.
6. Third-Party Services & Marketplace
Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including:
- Independent Rental Vendors and Service Professionals
- AI machine learning providers (OpenAI / Google)
- Payment processing services (Stripe)
ezParty.ai acts as a facilitator; your relationship with third-party vendors is governed by their respective rental agreements and policies.
7. Payment and Billing
Subscription fees for the AI tool are billed in advance. All marketplace payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds for bookings are subject to the specific cancellation policy of the vendor involved.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Disclaimers and Limitations
The Service is provided "as is." ezParty.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, nor for any disputes arising between consumers and independent vendors.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
